This baby has taken the better part of a year to put together. I think once you flick through the 150+ pages you’ll understand that this book truly is a labour of love and so much more than just another recipe book. I’ve given this my all and I’m so very proud of this ‘bible’ of all things lunchbox!

Simple, tasty, whole food
The Well Nourished Lunchbox eBook is not just a bunch of lunch recipes only for kids, but delicious and nourishing meals and snacks for the whole family. My aim, as always, is to help you to feed your family well in the simplest possible way and this book , I believe, will really help you to do that. I share time saving tips throughout the book as well as ways to make sure your families nutritional needs are met.

Normalising real food lunches
The Well Nourished Lunchbox was born from my passion for making real food for kids ’normal.’ I have a first hand understanding of how peer pressure and clever marketing influences our kids and what they want to eat in front of their friends. I’ve also seen how when groups of kids eat delicious, real, unprocessed food, it can also positively influence real food resistant kids.  We can’t expect our kids to learn and thrive socially at school if they are fuelled with highly processed, sugar loaded lunches. Our kids health is so precious and it is our responsibility to do what we need to do, to make sure their nutritional needs are met.

The health predictions for this generation of kids is looking grim. Diet related diseases, in the past reserved for adults and the elderly, are now effecting our children and I for one, plan to do something about it. The best we can all do is to lead by example. I hope I can inspire you and therefore your children, who will then go on to inspire many others with their enviable, whole food lunch boxes.

Something for everyone
I have been packing my own kids lunches for almost 10 years and in designing the recipes in this book, I aim to help you to make every mouthful count (nutritionally) in the easiest and tastiest way possible. Because every child is unique, my recipes offer lots of variations and options so you can tailor them to suit your own child’s tastes and dietary requirements.

On the pages of this stunning ebook you will find 50+ recipes with over 200 variations. All of the recipes are nut-free, wheat-free and refined sugar-free. Over 90% of recipes are fructose-friendly, gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free and suitable for vegetarians. 80% of recipes are also suitable for egg-intolerant families.

Ok so I am a nerd and I have bought my copy already. OMG Georgia you have put so much work into this. I am so excited, it is phenomenal!! So inspired to put together some amazing lunch boxes in 2016! Thank you so much, you are amazing xo

    • Thanks Naeidra, appreciate your ongoing support and thanks so much for taking the time to post a comment. Thrilled to inspire G x

Hi. I am just wondering if you use the Aussie standard tablespoon/teaspoon measure or the UK/US?
Also I notice most of your recipes use a liquid sweetener and wonder if white sugar can be substituted with the same results? I find honey too expensive and kinda think baking would destroy the nutrients in honey anyway. I figured if the nutrients are destroyed why not just bake with white sugar.
    Thanks

    • Hi Jess, yes the tsp/tbs measures are standard or close enough not to change the recipe. The recipes have been tested with liquid sweetener in order for them to easily become fructose-free. My preferred sweetener is rice malt syrup (it is very inexpensive here). The ‘no-bake’ goodies definitely need the syrup, but the baked goodies should be alright (they may need more mixing to dissolve the granules though). Hope this helps G x

Kind words…

“I downloaded your ebooks after hearing you speak at the Health and Wellness Summit in Melbourne. Love them, life changing… Don’t stop! Thank you for getting the whole food message out there, I certainly heard it.” Melanie

“I love your ebooks, I have all three of them now and they are now my only go to receipe books. They are simple, wholesome and taste great. THANK YOU!!! I have spent alot of money on courses about healthy eating and recipe books but your books have covered it all and my little man enjoys the snacks etc. Wish I would have found you earlier “. Brooke

“I just want to say a huge thank you for your amazing website and information. I’ve never liked cooking and never got excited by my ‘healthy’ cooking. My husband is even worse and if he could, he would just eat beacon and eggs every morning and steak every night. He hardly ate any veggies. Since I found your website I have gone through almost every recipe. My husband is loving every meal as well – even meat free Monday, and he’s taking left-overs to work for lunch (honestly, who thought that could be so hard?!)” Rose

“You have truly helped me and my family to lead a healthier lifestyle. I’ve been referring to your page every few days, very inspiring, so thank you!” Emily

“Thank you very much for your awesome website & facebook page posts, you have motivated & inspired me heaps!” Fiona

“Just discovered your site 3 weeks ago, its been a great help with kids lunches for back to school, thanks so much!” Ange

“What a fantastic blog filled with so many great recipes and information!” Carla

“I just wanted to let you know that you have absolutely inspired me to a better way of eating, I’ve been making my shopping lists based on recipes you’ve shared and am educating my kids with the reasons behind different foods and why they are good etc! This page has become my little bible hehe! Thank you so much for all the detail you give. It’s absolutely wonderful!” Sky
