Looking for info on a specific topic or after a certain recipe…
Try using the search bar in the top right corner of each page.  Chances are you’ll find the topic or recipe you’re looking for somewhere on the website.  Alternatively, Google search the topic/recipe and ‘Well Nourished’.

Personal emails
Whilst I love to help and inspire, I’m not able to offer individual health, medical or nutritional advise (and sorry, I’m currently not available for private consultations).  There are plenty of great Naturopaths about who I’m sure can help and guide you.

Get a group response
I head-up a closed Face Book group called Well Nourished Lunch Box Group which is a great place to post questions and get ideas from lovely like minded parents, specifically around feeding kids and kids health. Click on the link to join us.

I love presenting professional development and corporate health sessions. I present annually at the Australian Health and Wellness Summit, I have lectured at Australian College of Natural Medicine and have presented regularly as a resident Naturopath on talk back radio (6PR).
