It’s time for me to swallow a little of my own advice and take a break. I’ve quite literally worked myself ragged for the past 18 months growing Well Nourished into a valuable resource to help guide and nourish you and your family as best as I can. It’s been all consuming and I’ve LOVED every minute – but now I need a little time to give back to myself and my own family.

So I’ll be switching off social media, my phone and only attending to urgent emails over the coming weeks. I have SO many recipes and so much content here on the website. So if you’ve just joined me, please take a look around the site…there’s more than enough to keep you learning and cooking whilst I’m away.
I’ll be back early October refreshed and rejuvenated with more fabulous weekly posts and free recipes too.
