Ingredients: 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (-extra virgin (1 tbsp)); 1 chorizo sausage (-cut into thin slices); 1 red onion/s ((large) diced); 2 clove/s garlic (-crushed); 2 stick/s celery (-finely diced); 1 carrot/s ((large) finely diced); 1 red capsicum/s (-diced); 425 g can cannellini beans (-drained and rinsed); 800 g diced tinned tomatoes ((2 cans)); 1 tsp smoked paprika; ¼ tsp chilli flakes (-to taste (optional)); 600 g firm white fish (-cut into small fillets); ½ bunch/s fresh parsley leaves (-to serve ); 1 lemon (-cut into quarters)
