TECHNICAL HELP

I’ve lost my password, can I reset it?

Yes. Head to the login page here and click on ‘lost your password’. Please check your ‘promotions’ folder or ‘spam’ folder as sometimes the resets are redirected by your spam filters. If you have any trouble, use the contact form at the bottom of this page to reach out to support.

Can I change my password?

Absolutely! Once you are logged in, click on ‘My Account’ and then ‘Account Details’.

I’m not receiving any email updates

No worries! We are likely sending them to you – sometimes they go to your junk or spam folders though, so check there first! 

A few things to try:

  • If you do find any emails in your junk folder be sure to click on ‘mark as not junk’ (or similar)
  • Add social (at) wellnourished.com.au to your email contacts
  • Gmail users – Check your ‘promotions’ tab and drag the email across to your primary folder – click ‘Yes’ to do this for all emails from us

If you are still having trouble or don’t seem to be receiving the right emails, please email us now and we’ll take a look for you.

There’s an error or something isn’t working

Apologies, technology doesn’t always behave. Pop us an email and the team will take a look for you.

How can I make it easier to log in?

You can add the shortcut to your internet browser or even your mobile home-screen! 

Also be sure to tick ‘remember me’ on the login page so it remembers your details and you don’t have to recall your password.

You can also update your password to something easy to remember if you prefer – click on the ‘Your Account’ and then ‘Account Details’ tab when you are logged in to update.

OR download our convenient app (available in the App Store and Google Play Store). Use your members login to login.

PAYMENT HELP

Is my card charged automatically?

If you have signed up to pay monthly, your credit card will be deducted monthly. If you have bought an annual subscription, it will renew yearly.

Importantly when you join The Family, your membership fee will remain the same for the lifetime of your membership. That means if there are price increases (that will inevitably happen), as long as you remain a member you will always pay the same price.

When is my card charged?

The charge will happen on the anniversary date of your first payment – you can check the date in the ‘Your Account’ section (you will need to be logged in to access this).

How do I update my card details?

You can update your details by clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab when logged in. Click on ‘My Subscription’ and then ‘Change Payment’.

How do I cancel?

To cancel your ongoing Well Nourished Family Membership send us an email to [email protected]

How do I get a refund?

We would love to help you with any problems, so please reach out to us on email and we will assist you.

USING THE CONTENT

Where do I start?

We suggest starting at the ‘Start Here‘ page and watch the ‘how to’ videos in the ‘Video Vault’ to learn how to use the meal planning technology included in your membership. Then get started saving your favourite recipes and planning your meals.

Also join Georgia in an ‘Office Hours’ session. This concept is exactly as it sounds! Georgia will be sitting at her desk and available to all members during set hours each month via a Zoom call. She’ll be there to give you all the tips and meal planning advice you need so you can make the most of your membership!

How do I use the meal planner and shopping list?

Take a look at the video vault for lots of instructional ‘how to’ videos. We recommend using a desktop or large screen device in the learning phase then transition to a mobile device. If you need further help, please email our customer service team.
