My fave weekly recipe is the banana bread which also freezes really well. Another favourite is the chia berry ripe which is great for those mornings where you need something pre-prepared. Loads of other great ones too.

I purchased this ebook when it came out a couple of years ago and still refer to it almost weekly! Every recipe works and they are easy to follow and end result is great. The banana bread is a staple in outlets home as the kids very rarely eat bananas so we often end up with overripe ones, which they then gobble up as banana bread 🙂 The muesli is my absolute favorite and I never buy muesli anymore.

The best thing about the book is that although the meals are designed for breakfast they can be eaten any time of the day.
