Well Nourished

Parenting is a tough job and it’s normal to feel overwhelmed, unsure and exhausted.

This can lead to doubts about whether you’re doing the right thing or doing enough for your kids.

It’s easy to fall into the trap of feeling guilty, and worrying that if you don’t make your child that one meal they are asking for, then they won’t eat at all!

For over 10 years I’ve been working on developing a resource to support parents to raise whole food loving kids. For anyone who’s been here for a while, you’ll know that supporting the health of this generation of kids is something I’m extremely passionate about.

Introducing… Raising Well Nourished Kids!

This is a 10-week program specifically designed for parents of children aged 0-7 that I have developed with my very good friend and Psychotherapist, Jane Faulkner.

“Between us, we have more than 40 years combined experience helping parents deal with fussy eating.”

After many years of helping parents who face daily food struggles with their children, we knew there was a way to combine our unique skills and create a simple, easy-to-follow program that would support better food habits.

If you’d like to alleviate any stress or pressure you may feel at meal times and feel confident that you’re kids are truly well nourished, click the link below and you’ll be notified when we launch the program on 8th June 2022!

Let’s raise a generation of Well Nourished Kids!
